Welcome Bonus Promotion

1.     The title of the promotion is Welcome Bonus (the “Promotion”). 

2.     The Promotion is promoted and administered by the Wirex Group, please verify which Wirex entity is applicable to you based on your country of residence as set out in the General Terms and Conditions (“Wirex”, “we”, “us”).

3.     The Promotion starts on 12th of March 2021, 08:00AM GMT (“Promotion Start Date”) and ends on 12th March 2022 08:00AM GMT  (the “Promotion Duration”) 

4.     This Promotion is limited anyone residing in the EEA and APAC (“Eligible Participant” “”you”) Anyone residing outside of these regions will not be eligible to receive the promotion Reward.

5.     The Eligible Participant will be entitled to receive the Reward provided that they:

a.     register with Wirex via the affiliate link provided as part of the Promotion; and

b.     verify their account

6.     By creating an account with Wirex, you, the Eligible Participant accept these Terms, along with our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the “Terms”). The applicable Terms may vary depending on your country of residence. Do not participate in this Promotion if you do not wish to be bound by these Terms. 

7.     The Reward consists of $10 USD in WXT. The Reward will be credited in WXT only. The Reward will be credited at the applicable rate within 30 working days.

8.     Rewards will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s WXT account. Once received, the Reward can be converted to traditional currency through the Wirex app at any point at the Eligible Participant’s discretion.

9.     Any registrations with the Wirex App before the Promotion Start Date will not be eligible for the Reward.

10.  Wirex has the sole discretion to modify, extend or terminate this Promotion at any time.

11.  This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently. There are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant  .

12.  The Promotion will be governed by English law. 

13.  Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate any Participants for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.

14.  'USD' means United States Dollars.
